Can't Operate a Car Without a Monkey Present

New York Times Magazine, look at you! Coming up with my most favorite article in a while! Helper Pets! Excuse me - Service Animals!

Miniature horses, of course! It really makes complete sense, dogs can be super crazy and attack people through fences, or sometimes just air, even with the help of Cesar Millan; horses are awesome and cute (THIS IS NOT!), and midget friends could feel more comfortable on the miniatures, and the longevity and sweet temperament. Plus, they'd probably be better to eat in the end. Of time - not when they die - Nostradamus is still fresh in my mind. 3 years, 3__ days and such. LIVE YOUR LIFE!! Live, I say. And that's just what Edie and Panda do.

I don't know how I feel about the whole Sadie and Jim relationship... well, I think it's a good, safe relationship for both of them, but at the same time - YIKES! He dented the hood of a car. With his fist. - he better remember Sadie everywhere he goes.

Debbie and Richard's story is by far my favorite. Not only is it filled with good, well-rounded characters, but they are against the odds at every turn, and it's only because of each other that they make it. It's sweet, and giving fives is fun!

All in all, a great article; informative, compassionate, and hopeful as it seems the most opposition the Service Animal owners receive comes from the uninformed and then those lying liars always trying to piggy-back on other people's ailments: hypochondriacs or just bad people, in general.

So, here's to acceptance of all. (Except the liars.)
